Brynawel House, Phase II

This additional facility, which provides Care Standards facilities to compliment the existing Brynawel House accommodation, needed to be undertaken on a fast-track programme, to meet the time scale of funding, from the National Assembly.

Ultimately, a timber frame with an outer skin of traditional brickwork was chosen as the main fabric of the building.

Ancillary office accommodation housed at the end of the block, was differentiated with curved walling, and timber cladding.
