This executive dwelling, has been built on the outskirts of a small village, near Pencoed in Bridgend. The building was located on a vacant plot at the extremity of the settlement, and benefits from countryside and open views along three of the principal elevations. It has been designed with split-level living accommodation, to take advantage of the site topography.
